Financing Options for New HVAC Systems and Repairs
HVAC system installations and repairs have the potential to make a huge dent in your family’s budget. That is why we offer financing options for our customers to make monthly payments that suits their needs. Epic AC Service’s financing options are Goodleap and Microf RTO (Rent To Own).
Goodleap has 9.99% APR and no early payoff penalty. To be eligible, customers must have a minimum credit score of 650.
The Microf RTO (Rent To Own) program is our no-credit option, with lease fees that vary depending on the applicant's risk profile.

Goodleap is our best option for those who qualify. It has a minimum credit score of 650, but also looks at debt to income ratio and a few other factors to assess overall risk.
Goodleap offer's 5, 7, 10, 12 and 15 year terms at 9.99 APR with no early payoff penalty.
Payments can range from about $75/month to $250 depending on project cost and term.
At least one applicant must be the homeowner.
A co-applicant does not have to be.
With two applicants, it will pull highest credit score.
The Microf RTO (Rent to Own) is the no credit option. It is a lease fee instead of an interest rate, and that can vary significantly depending on the risk profile of the applicant. Requirements for applicants and co-applicants are:
Must be the homeowner
Have an active bank account
Must have homeowners insurance
Must afford and accept monthly payments based on pre-approval amount.
Microf always requires proof of income documentation.
At some point it's just most cost effective, even with an Epic Maintenance Plan, to replace your HVAC system. The good news is we have easy financing options, and our maintenance plan subscribers receive an addition 10% off on HVAC system replacements.
Keeping your heating system maintained during the long spell of hot months when it isn't being used is paramount to having it function in those few weeks when it is. Don't forget: Epic Maintenance Plan subscribers get 10% off parts and labor, and 24/7 emergency repairs
If you sign up for our Epic Maintenance Plan, you'll likely not need many service calls for your AC unit, but in case you do, remember you have access 24-hour, 7 days a week repairs, and every repair is discounted up to 10%.

We have never been more satisfied with a company than this one. First off, the owner of the company, Kenneth came to see us and go over every detail of the work to be preformed after his estimator, Matthew came and spent a few hours here to give our estimate. Work started promptly and they were here on time when they said they would be here. The men that came, and I have to name them because of how impressed we were with them were Brian, Ryan, Mark and Michael. Those guys really give Epic Air a great name and reputation. The work was done neat and clean and we are very proud of our new HVAC system. Everyone that we dealt with from this company were professional and just down right nice guys. We would highly recommend this company to anyone.

We added on to our house and the original unit installed could no longer handle the square footage. Unfortunately we had to buy a bigger unit but, fortunately Epic AC Service was very quickly on the job, moving a lot of my duct work around and installing a new 4 ton unit. It was done neat and clean within 2 days. Anthony is a miracle worker and such a good Kid. His side kick “Dewalt” another very good kid and eager to learn everything he can. He’s doing very well. Kenny, you did it again! Very happy with our new unit and the men you sent to do the job!
